My Dear Brothers & Sisters,
I am removing few threads from forum. I already had a word with concern people and they gave me go ahead to remove the threads. All the people who posted their comments are active on Navodaya.Net and helping community in some way. One small misunderstanding should not derail our progress. So friends please do not continue that discussion in any other thread.
As we are expanding we will come across such turns where we should show we are mature enough to be friends again & work together for betterment. Also please follow the code of conduct while posting anything on forum because these posts will be read by thousands of people across the world and with that they are going to judge us. Are we going to show them we are divided family? No we are one family.
I am starting another discussion here. Since AINAA will get registered soon by Yash we will need different groups and co-ordinators to volunteer for the execution of different-different events. I am thinking structures as follows.

1) AINAA – Central Body ( 7 Members )
2) 8 Regions – Regional Body ( 40 Members )
3) 28 State & 7 Union Territories – State Body ( 175 Members )
4) 557 JNV’s - Vidayalaya Co-ordinators ( 2785 Members )

On each body there will be one representative from JNV samiti employed person.

Apart from this we need different groups to have focused achievements
1) Administer Group – Manage the Navodaya.Net and all other sites of JNV community.
2) Surveillance Group – Keep a close watch on fraud members and wrong decision taken by each body and bring it to the notice of Navodaya community.
3) Human Resource Group – Will motivate the resources and guide them for taking any examination, scholarship, further study, Jobs or help in unknown city.
4) Fundu’s Group – Arrange different-different events to keep the interest of navodayans
5) Social Group – Undertake all the social activities and counseling
6) Entrepreneur Group – To help Navodayans to succeed in entrepreneurship.

All these are my personal views. Come forward & put your suggestions.
I know right now we are at ground level & we will need time to reach at this dream but lets start discussion we may achieve this in one year if everything goes fine.

well pradeep bhaiya
I think that the group nos. 1 and 2 can be merged together, as they have similar activities. so there is no need of making them different.
Out of group nos. 3,4,5 we can make only 2 groups. one for career section and other for GT's and similar activities to keep interest of navodayans.

Here i am assuming that the central body will be taking care of monetary and fund raising issues other wise separate group for that.

In structure part either go for 2nd or 3rd, both at the same time will be creating crowd. I think the main aim is representation.

Regards

Hello friends

Thanks to Pradeep Bhaiya to share this AINAA structure with all of us.structure proposed is really excellent One. We will keep pouring our suggestions.

We should not forget this fact that "we are at ground level". We have miles to go. The journey has just started, let us join hands together and pray to reach at the cliff from where we can make all OUR Dreams true.

Hello friends

In the structure of AINAA, I would like to suggest few points

AINAA (Central Body)

In addition to 7 members, we can include 2 or 3 members, who are residing out side India, However they will not be physically present but they can contribute by suggesting their ideas.

Regional Body

In addition to 40 alumni members, there can be few JNV teachers (as a representative)

State Body and Vidayalaya Co-ordinators

State Body:- In addition to 175 members, we can have one teacher representative from each jnv school for fast and better communication ( better for career guidance )

Vidayalaya Co-ordinators - ( 2-3 jnv students from 11th and 12th and 5 alumni members for better career queries solution]

On each body one representative from JNV samiti employed person, is fine.

1. Administrative Group

• Manage the Navodaya.Net and all other sites of JNV community.
• Keep a close watch on fraud members and wrong decision taken by each body and bring it to the notice of Navodaya community.

2. Career Guidance Group + Human Resource

Will motivate the resources and guide them for taking any examination, scholarship, further study, Jobs or help.

3. Fundu’s Group (or Activity centre)

Arrange different-different events (Cultural, Technical, literary events, Jayanty’s celebrations, 15aug and 26jan celebrations.

4. Social Group

Social activities (Villages visit, village survey, blood donation camp etc..)

5. Entrepreneur Group

To help Navodayans to succeed in entrepreneurship.

THE STRUCTURE PROPOSED HERE IS REALLY A NICE CREATION BUT AS I THINK IF SAME STRUCTURE WILL BE ADOPTED THEN THERE WILL BE A PROBLEM OF DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY BCOZ ONE SIDE WE ARE GIVING POWER TO BODIES AND ANOTHER SIDE WE ARE SAYING THAT A GROUP WILL SEE THERE ACTIVITIES.
I THINK WE CAN GIVE THIS TYPE OF POWER TO A GENERAL ASSEMBLY WHERE THEY CAN VOTE AGAINST OR IN FAVOUR OF ANY ACTIVITY OF ANY BODY.LAST GROUP CONTAINING MEMEBERS FROM ALL THE JNVS CAN HOLD THIS RESPONSIBILITY.I THINK THIS TYPE OF RESPONSIBILITY SHOULD NOT BE LIMITED TO A FEW MEMBERS,IT SHOULD COVER A WIDER RANGE OF MEMBERS.
ONE MORE THING WE CAN MAKE ONLY ONE BODY INSTEAD OF TWO AT REGIONAL OR STATE LEVEL,I WILL EXPLAIN IT AFTER SOME ANALYSYS.

Hi Veer,
Can you go thru this structure proposed long back for AINAA and you have senate structure in your mind.

One thing we can add how to adopt the other association/ngo/trust to have their one representative on the proposed structure and what will be eligibility criteria for them.

I totally agree (99.99999%) with Sumit, it is just too crowded and suggestions made by Sumit are really nice.
5 coordinators from the same vidyalaya? - then it must include 1. a teacher suggested by the school 2. a school representative from currently studying student 3. 3 ex students

There is no need for separate state and regional body.

More crowd would simply make responsibility vauge.

I think central body is too small, it should be much bigger.

Even if we consider that in single digits, it should be made mandatory to have representation from each region in the central body.

Well! the basic idea is good but we would need some brain-storming regarding the members in different body. For example, Ravish is right in pointing out that the central body is too small. Yes, it should be mandatory to have AT LEAST ONE member in the central body from each region.

Further, as has been pointed out by sumitkb, there is a bit of redundancy in proposed groups. We should merge in different groups with similar functionality. The basic idea should be to keep the structure of the organization as simple as possible - what matters more is to ensure participation of as many people as there can be without creating a crowd.

And yes, to generate ideas is not the all we have to do - the Herculean task is to implement them. Hope it can be done as well!

Cheers!

Sumit, Banwari, Ajay, Course, Ravish, Veer

I would like to highlight thought of ‘Henry Ford’ listed by Banwari

Coming together is a beginning - Yahoo Group
Keeping together is process – 6 Years we are here on Navodaya.Net
Working together is success – Now lets work here as a Senate

Yes after registration its almost 1 year and we failed in thought that registration will make a great change.

So lets keep executive body at low profile and lets think involvement by many. The idea of veer creating Senate like structure and we already thought of this school – City chapter – state and affiliated associations structure. We can think the ideal structure.
Currently youth congress structure is also under development we can take good things from there also.

Thanks & Regards,
Pradeep Patil

Is something substantial really happening in AINAA now days? There is very less activity on navodaya.net and we don't know back-side story if there is any.

Till then what else can I do more that sharing shero-shayri?

So Pradeep what do you think "Why AINAA has failed in the thoughts?"

AINAA has not failed.
It’s the mind set of people after registration got changed.

Everyone wants to be in hot seat with power in hand. That’s why I wanted to cut short the power of Executive body in good interest of all Navodayans and make senate powerful so that each school should get representation.
I know this was not taken in positive manner by few people who must be having hidden agenda.

Every one sees ups and down in his life. Right now in your view if you think its AINAA’s down time then yes. The group which I thought will take next step in AINAA’s history wants position and power and now forming separate association and website.
So that’s why its down time of AINAA.

But I have faith in Navodayans next group will come and that will take AINAA back to its golden era.
