Hi Friends,

we have listened and sung our navodaya song for over 6 years...How many of us remember the full song now??? Well, i am puting here few lines, so that may be somebody get a clue to remember whole song...

Hum navyug ki nai bharti nai aarti
ham swaraaj ki richa naval
bharat ki navlaya hon
nav suryodaya nav chandrodaya
humi navodaya hon........

Rest for you......Try to complete it........so that we can sing the song in our mind.........

Rewa,
I can remember the whole song and sing it sometimes.
The first stanza is like this:-

Rang , jaati, pad bhed rahit hum
sabka ek bhagwan ho,
santane dharti maa ki hum,
dharti pooja sthan ho,
Pooja ke khil rahe kamal dal.
hum bhav jal me ho,
sarvodaya ke nav vasant ke.
humi navodaya ho.

Anyways, I hereby announce ONE EARLY BIRD PRIZE for whoever completes this song but time limit is up to the republic day Razz

I hope everyone remembers when we celebrate republic day-No prizes for guessing this right. Wink

Well Rewa / Vinay,

Now I think I will have to complete the other stanzas of the song also to get the prize announce by You.

And believe me I am not cheating as I have passed out of Navodaya almost 8 years before. You are free to conduct another test to test my memory of poems and songs.

The next stanza is

Hari dudhia kranti, shanti ke,
Shrma ke vandanvar ho,
bhagirath hum dharti maa ke,
Sooram paharedar ho.
Sat siv sunder ki pehchan,
Banaye jag me hum,
Zeevan ke mangal maati ke,
Humi navodaya ho,
Hum nav yug ki ........

Still I am leaving the third stanza for you people to complete , otherwise I will complete it before 26th and get the award.

Dear friends,
jaisa ki has sab ko maloom hai ki rewa ji ne ek pratiyogita rakha hai is fourm aur wo hai navodaya song likhane ki. Do paragraph to likha ja chuka hai. Rewa ji ne mujhe judge bana diya hai nahi to mai ek bar me hi poora song likh kar jeeta jata. Lekin agar judge hoon to kya likha ja raha hai uske bare me likhana jaroori hai. Abhi tak jitana bhi song likha gaya wo sahi kram me nahi hai. last paragraph pahale likh diya gaya hai aur doosara likha hi nahi gaya hai. Is liye aage se it bat ka dhyan rakha jaye. Time bhi bahut hi kam bacha hai. Kya 1400 members me koi aisa nahi hai jo akele is song ko time me poora kar sake? Yah batata hai ki ham upar se navodaya ke bare me kitana bhi kah le par navodaya se hame attachment nahi lagata?????????

Sir it’s just a change of time,nothing else. We have forgotten few songs but this song is the heart of navodaya. So, i want to make them to recall this song. You may say this but It’s not like that we don’t have attachment with navodaya....it just a matter of time and environment.
How can it possible for us to forget 6yrs or 7yrs which we have spent in navodaya???? Neverrrrrrrrr.......... Shocked

As of now two people has written Navodaya song. I hope more people will write in by today or tomorrow. The WINNER will be declared on 27th and he/she will be getting his/her prize some time in the future, but the thing is if anyone will win Razz

. Of course future means in the month of Feb..... Cool

Dharmendra Sir,

I appreciate your love to Navodaya but please dont judge our love to that great place just on the basis of one song that we could not remember. Its really a disheartening sentence.

Its ok if you just wanted our conscience to wake up and complete that song.

As Rewa has already said that its just not possible to forget the place where you have spent 7 years of your life.

Hi Rewa,

I had just completed the song and was about to submit on the forum board but later i realised that i should give others a chance to get the prizes as there seem to be a lot of people competing for it. This decision of mine will change in no cicumstances, let me tell you all, very frankly.

Let me see who deserves the prizes. Anyway but that person will be second to me.
