|

Dear Friends,
Few months back we were talking about registration of AINAA. However, our website was down for 4 months and our enthusiasm has faded with time. I request all to expedite this process again. please opine upon various issues related to it and your experiences if any about registration of any organisation.
I think it would be nice if we do the registration before 15th of august (though time is very less) as it is Anniversary of our website.
Pradeep bhaiya, please put the constitution back on net so that we can discuss it and go ahead with the process. Please mention the latest development in this regard.
Thanks and Regards,
Babloo Kumar |

well, I think the idea is still captive under our lethargy. I would say that please have some concrete things out here regarding the registration.
Following things come in my mind as question for it.
1.) Why AINAA to be registered?
I mean motives for its registration. I feel that efficient and consistent work of AINAA with increased responsibility will be possible after this step.
2.) If registered then what sort of posts should be there in this leading team?
There may be posts based upon type of responsibility, based upon the type of departments that will be formed or may be based upon the representation from each parts of the country.
3.) What sort of departments should be there?
Departments can range from Career section, PRO, Budget to Planning.
4.) Who will be leading it?
For organizations, it's immaterial whether the person is senior or junior, but the experience and the earlier work is certainly going to count in it.
5.) What procedure to select the key officials?
In the initial phase of the working team, it's bit tough to tell the exact procedure, but not that much tough. I won't comment over this but will seek ideas from your side.
6.) What parameters should be there for judging the work?
Certainly this is a very important point that i feel, once you are in, you have to work. may be i am bit harsh at this point, but it's important to know, what we do, as not only officials but thousands of students and others are looking towards us.
I think it's good to have so many groups and nice fun activities out here at N.net, but it's high time to have some serious discussions too.
Few years back, we had a robotics workshop for JNV teachers in IIT Kanpur. I met Kuldeep Singh sir in that. He suggested me for this noble step and told me that he knows the procedures and key issues for the registration of such organizations. I think we have people who know these steps, merely they don't come and discuss.
Anyway, i will write more on this topic so junta, please come and give your views so that we can start some work too. _________________ Sumit Kumar

I agree to sumit and babloo bhaiya. from where I see it, we need to do two things first. Let us first Identify people from amongs us who are well aware of tits and bits of process of registering such organizations or if we dont have enough knowledge than let us search for contacts who can help us get familiar with the procedure. Second and the key thing needed is to identify and form a team who can and is willing to take out time and pain of executing the task. Rewa di, can we have the constitution loaded on site? I guess we will need to specify things like hirarchy and head office etc for registration formalities. But they will come later, first thing is to form a registration executionary committee. Let us come and express our views on this thing thoroughly, let us have furious debate on this because otherwise we might loose the direction and the initial motive with which we started.
Plz plz contribute religiously in this discussion.
Hope to see you all aggreeing and disagreeing here.
yours
Manohar singh Charan

Registration is necessary to:
1. Make sure that voices of alumni are heard and their potential utilized.
2. As a registered organization we can propose and execute changes/improvement in the existing system as we realize that system is certainly plagued by inefficiency and mismanagement at varius levels.
3. Market and promote the brand of JNVs in the long term interest of the system to save it from onslought of malign politicians who accuse that investements in JNVs are inproportionate with the returns they get.
Hierarchy: Understanding that executives will have obligations to fulfill, let us be fare to ourself and our "alma mater" by assuming responsibilites for sake of it, not for the sake of the post.
Please keep this thread moving by suggesting ideas ahead of what has already been said. Please suggest name for the executive committee. Here I go.
President: Pradeep Patil
Vicepresident: Roushan (Ravi Kumar Mishra)
Secretary: Yashwinder Paul Singh
Treasure: Vinay Kumar
Friends, I have started visiting N.net recently and have proposed these names based on their activity. I urge these gentlemen to cofirm their willingness and availability to take on the responsibilities.
I request everyone to forward other names too if they think some one lese would be more appropriate.

Thank you Kamlesh for initiating the discussion for names here and thank you for consideration of my name for such a duty.
well friends I see it for the interestv of our organization that we make the executive committee national in all terms. People from different parts and sections must be there. if we can not make things perfect we may try atleast.
I also have a set of names to prpose i.e.
President: Pradeep Patil (from Maharastra and now in Mumbai)
Vicepresident: Arul(From Puducherry)
Secretary: Yashwinder Paul Singh (from Haryana now in Chandi garh)
Treasure: Vinay Kumar (From Uttarakhand)or Raghvendra (From MP)
Joint Secratary: P G Murli(from Andhra, now in Hyderabad)
This set has one problem in my view that there is no girl in it. I wish you all to come with names you think fit with atleast one girl too. _________________ roushan |

i agree with Banno. Surely, she must be there. As she is proposing the names , probably she cant give her own name. but we all require her presence and she will certainly be there. The list is not exhaustive and many other names can be added to the list with the concurrence of all.

hello friends......
Our main aim is to devote our time and efforts for the welfare of navodaya students and offcourse for the alumni of JNVs. so in order to achieve our goals we have to choose members who can contribute time and always available for help and discussion about JNV activities...
and i think members like
Yashwinder Paul Singh ( JNV Chandigarh )
Pradeep Patil ( JNV tuljhapur )
Raghvendra singh chauhan ( JNV Shivpuri MP )
P.G. Murali ( Andhra pradesh )
Venkat Kumar Vatv (JNV Vizianagaram)
Rewa Smriti (JNV kolasi katihar )
Vinay kumar ( JNV Rudrapur Nainital )
as i know them personaly , all are very active and definitely they can guide us. and this list can be very long as we hv many active JNV alumni...... it doesn't matter to whom we r selecting for the posts but Important is to fulfill OUR aim.............. we are always here for the support and help...... " keep rocking guys "
good luck
Banno

friends
it's nice to have so many names out here and few have accepted it, but junta will be happy to see acceptance of others too.
One more thing, till now we have discussed the 4th Q. so please have some discussion over other Questions also. specially on 3rd one.
I want to have some discussion over following:
Can we have an office sort of thing, where we will have full/part time working and dedicated persons. This will generate little bit employment too. and instead of looking somewhere else for our works, we will be doing on own. _________________ Sumit Kumar

HELLO friends
I have other idea , as these posts should not be fixed but each and every person who has keen interest and can devote time for JNV activities, must be given a chance to contribute himself or herself......this will give a equal chance to every body so that every one can hv chance of working in JNV alumni office [ ][ ][ ] .............. If i m wrong anywhere please correct me[as whatever i m thinking, i m sharing with u ].....
have nice weekend ..

thanks banwari for ur appreciation, but i think this participation of each and every person is not the thing that i suggested...it will be of full time employment sort of thing and will be totally responsible for their work.
for this point i will write in details after some time. but let ideas come through. _________________ Sumit Kumar

surely and definitely all the view shared are appreciable and will help ainaa a great and successful organization.
the best thing which i liked is represtation should be from all part and all section . i will give my full support to this thing . on all the name discuss i know two of them personally . one is p. g murali who had come to our school in get together and shared his view. and other is reva smiriti. she is senior to me in jnv katihar. ON personal front i can assure u about their organizational
behavior , skills and willingness to work for the cause of navoday. they are very successful professional and organization will get some direction under their able guidance.
i have few suggestion
make a calender of all processes and activity and set a time frame for all steps . like till the designated date we will do that much of work . it will give us time to review the things and decide the future course of action
release the whole set of activity which organization will do to all alumni it will encourage them to participate |

I hearitly appreciate the idea put forward by Banno and sumit. As far as full time persons and well equiped office is concerned that certainly will be there. It will be a must requirement in future. But at this stage, we all will have to devote a little bit time form our busy schedule, as we have been doing it in the past. Once we have organised structure, i hope all the events as suggested by my dear friends will come true, with the efforts of all who have put their hard labour and valuable time in giving shape to the AINNA as it exists today.
